Being football fans for as long as we can remember, we all thought it odd that we couldn't find any established football fan community on the web. Sure, there are plenty of team sites, message boards and forums - but what about a community where all football fans can congregate and discuss their teams in a dynamic social environment, where the best content is instantly accessible?
So we decided to rise up to the challenge and put our skills to use.
The Site:FTBpro is a fan community where members can follow their club, and interact with thousands of other like minded fans. Analysis and news is constantly being posted and then ranked by the community so the best and most interesting posts rise to the top. This means that whenever a member reads an interesting post or compelling analysis, they can "follow" the writer and get notifications whenever new content is available from that member.
We rank members based on the number of followers they have. This feature allows members to easily find the best quality content written by the most highly rated contributors. This makes FTBpro the central resource for quality football analysis on the web.
The Dream:
We would like FTBpro to be a community where fans take their team passion to the next level. A place where debates go beyond cheerful banter and into the realm of in-depth analysis of team tactics, rosters and winning chances. We would like the spirit of camaraderie among all football fans to take root in the community and for fans to enjoy intelligent conversation in a relaxed atmosphere with like minded people.
